Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions set out the legal framework governing the use of and purchase of services through the website www.globalcompass.coach.

This website provides information about coaching services offered by Global Compass.

For the purpose of this agreement, the following parties are defined:

  • The Seller: Florence Kintzel, operating as an individual entrepreneur (micro-entrepreneur) under the trade name Global Compass, domiciled at  25 rue du Maréchal Foch, 78000 Versailles, France, SIRET: 40823531500038, VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”.

  • The Buyer/Client: Any natural person acting as a consumer and making a purchase via the website www.globalcompass.coach, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer” or “the Client”.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

Global Compass reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly, as the version in force at the time of your purchase will be the one applicable.

 

Article 2. Use of the Website

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to:

  1. By browsing or using this website, you agree to comply with the terms described here.

  2. Use the website only to consult, request, or purchase services that are legally valid.

  3. Refrain from placing false or fraudulent orders. If there are reasonable grounds to suspect such an order, Global Compass reserves the right to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.

  4. Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information (email, postal address, telephone number). These details may be used to contact you if necessary.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

 

Article 3. Availability of Services

All purchases are subject to availability. Should a service not be available, the Buyer will be informed promptly.

Descriptions and images on the site are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or updates. Such discrepancies cannot be considered a liability of the Seller.


 

Article 4. Validity of Offers and Pricing

The validity of offers depends on availability as presented on the website www.globalcompass.coach. If a service is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you before processing payment. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund, including any applicable transaction costs, at no additional expense.

All prices are in Euros and are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Global Compass reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. However, the price indicated at the time of purchase remains binding for the Buyer.

 

Article 5. Formation of Contract

To complete an order, you must follow the online purchase process and confirm by clicking “Purchase”. By doing so, you formally acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The contract is deemed formed upon confirmation of purchase by the Buyer. You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order, followed by a confirmation once your purchase is validated.

 

Article 6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Any fraudulent attempt, regardless of amount, will result in legal action.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (secured by Stripe, using SSL encryption).

  • WISE.

Payments must be made in Euros. Orders will only be validated once authorization from your payment provider is confirmed. If authorization is denied, Global Compass is not responsible for delays or non-delivery.

Global Compass reserves the right to verify payment information and may request supporting documents to ensure transaction security.

 

Article 7. Delivery (For Physical Products Only)

Our coaching services are delivered electronically worldwide.  The delivery of physical products does not apply.

 

Article 8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with French and European consumer law, the Client has a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day of receipt of payment to notify Global Compass of their decision to withdraw, by email at contact@globalcompass.coach.

For coaching services, once a session has been delivered (in part or in full), the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, Global Compass always strives to act in good faith and may consider reasonable requests for rescheduling or crediting sessions.

Services already performed cannot be refunded.

Article 9 Intellectual Property:

All content (text, images, graphics, logos) is the property of Global Compass unless otherwise stated.

No reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent.

 

Article 10. Liability and Applicable Law

Global Compass provides information for educational and professional development purposes.

Coaching does not replace therapy, medical, or legal advice. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions.

Global Compass cannot be held responsible for any damages, material or immaterial, resulting from improper use of its services. While we take the utmost care in presenting our services, errors or omissions may occur.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

Global Compass is committed to handling any concerns with care and goodwill. Clients are encouraged to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing other remedies.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

Florence Kintzel (Global Compass) is the controller of personal data collected via this site.

  • Identity & Contact Details: Name, email, phone number (when you fill out a contact form or book a call).

  • Session Information: Notes taken during coaching sessions (strictly confidential).
