Initial deep‑dive session - 90 min

Mapping your current chapter, your history between Japan and the world, and the questions you are holding.

Regular coaching sessions 60 min

Usually every 2 weeks, online, in English, French or Japanese — or a combination, depending on what serves you best.

A structured arc

We move through clarification → options → decisions → integration, with flexibility for what emerges.

Support between sessions (lightweight)

Short check‑ins or reflections as needed for key decisions or transitions.

How is this different from your International Career Transition Coaching?

International Career Transition Coaching focuses primarily on movement — relocating to or from Japan, changing roles, managing a pivot or re‑entry.

 

Reinvention Coaching Across Borders goes deeper into identity: who you are as a leader, how you define success, and how your next chapter needs to look so that it holds in both Japanese and international systems — even if you are not moving physically right now.

 Do I need to have a clear idea of my next step before starting?

No. Many clients begin with nothing more than a strong sense that “this can’t continue” and a vague intuition that something else is possible.

 

Part of the work is precisely to:

  • Name what is finished

  • Explore real options you may not be seeing from inside your current context

  • Test these options against your identity, constraints and aspirations

 

Clarity emerges through the process, not before it.

Is this only for women?

My practice is oriented primarily toward women leaders and senior professionals, because the intersection of gender, culture and authority is particularly acute in Japan–world contexts.
