I'm Florence Kintzel, your Life & Career Navigator committed to supporting ambitious and globally minded women feel grounded throughout transitions, up-level their leadership presence, and create success with purpose — wherever they are in the world.
With over 30 years of international leadership experience across France, Japan, and North America, I combine the strategic discipline of an MBA and BSBA with the transformational depth of professional coaching. As an ICF-recognized Master Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, I help global leaders and purpose-driven women navigate complex transitions with clarity, confidence, and cultural intelligence.
My coaching foundation is built on the Master Coach Level 1 certification from the International Coaching Institute (ICF-recognized), and I am currently advancing through the Master Coach Level 2 – PCC accreditation pathway. This ongoing journey reflects my commitment to continuous growth, professional excellence, and client-centered transformation.
Throughout my career, I’ve guided individuals through complex transitions — always grounded in one belief: success should never be one-size-fits-all. I believe every woman deserves a personalized path to achievement — one that reflects her values, honors her vision, and evolves with her life’s journey. My work is about helping her bridge clarity and confidence, strategy and meaning, ambition and authenticity.
Why I Founded Global Compass
Everywhere, women continue to encounter professional landscapes strewn with antiquated expectations; it becomes increasingly unusual for them to be there. Even today, programs "designed for women" still offer what amount to one-size-fits-all solutions, as though all women's lives and careers could fit the same template.
What I learned from my own journey is that there is another way. I heard the voice of entrepreneurship early, and with a university education, I built businesses at home and overseas, spanning industries worlds apart and countries with polar opposite customs. At every turn, I had to rely on my own compass because there were not a lot of mentors or coaches who could show me the way.
In later years, however, I came to understand that, although we now live in an era of overwhelming information abundance, genuinely tailored coaching for women — the kind that embraces a global perspective, cultural intelligence, and personal vision — is scarce.
Global Compass is the answer to that realization: a place where women can gain clarity, confidence, and intention, and design their next chapter.
My Mission
I know firsthand what it’s like to run a business in a different country, navigate major moves, and face cultural confusion. I’ve questioned what success truly means and reshaped it from the inside out. That experience fuels my mission: to stand beside women at these crossroads, helping them transform confusion into opportunity so they can step fearlessly into the life and leadership they truly desire.
